I'm demonstrating bending today. Here is one broadcast that may be of interest to those who hand bend. Koa is always problematical. The point at which the iron is too hot or too cool is a matter of a few degrees - you are either scorching the wood or struggling against the bend because it is too cool! Between 310F to 315F.... a really small difference that can ruin your work.
