    Default New from Wales

    Hi to everyone
Just thought I would introduce myself to this forum, at long last I have decided to take up the ukulele. I've looked at various sites with people playing the ukulele and thought to myself I am going to learn this year. Hopefully I can get the basics and then take it from there. So bear with me people as I will be asking all sorts of questions, to try and get my new interest started.
    Thanks in anticipation

Welcome from the East Midlands! What part of Wales
are you in my friend? I know lots of it well from visits
to friends, and holidays. Plus the odd bit of mountain
    climbing!
All power and respect to you Concert,Tenor and Baritone players, but Soprano is what does it for me every time!

    Welcome aboard.

The uke finally got me playing music, after having attempted with other instruments.

    Thanks Keith
I'm looking forward to hopefully starting the new interest, but will be needing quite a bit of advice/info from the uke members on this forum.

Scooter, there were a few 'Snowdonia Uke Gatherings' a couple of
years back, and I was at two of them. And I have climbed Snowdon
on every available track, over a five/six year period! Beautiful Country!
