Welcome delGesu. I played guitar for almost fifty years, then I bought a uke just on a whim about four and half years ago. Haven't touched my guitars since. Jake was also one of my inspirations.

8 tenor cutaway ukes, 3 acoustic bass ukes, 8 solid body bass ukes, 8 mini electric bass guitars

Not so much, my nephew is a trailer and TV composer and very accomplished guitar player. He uses them when he gets a gig from time to time (Fender Telecaster, Ibanez F85 archtop, Ovation 12 string acoustic and Ibanez zebrawood 6 string acoustic).
