You're looking at my Koaloha early model (almost vintage for this brand) concert ukulele with tweed case. This is not the less expnsive acacia line from Koaloha, this is genuine Hawaiian koa It's a year 2003, which is stamped on the neck block inside. It's made of solid koa with a mahogany neck and the older style koa fretboard (they're rosewood now, meh...). Very nice instrument, purchased from Good Guys Music in Honolulu, very reputable shop. Original Koaloha branded white friction tuners, rosewood nut and saddle, a pinless bridge. Very sweet sounding instrument, fell in love the moment I heard her. Selling because I want a tenor. Kept in humidity-controlled case and strung for low G, which makes this uke sound phenomenal. The low G string is an Oasis brand, and the other 3 are Fremont, probably the sweetest sounding IMHO. Comes with the pictured Stagg tweed case, which travels well. $675 shipped to CONUS. Local pickup too, Chicago area.
