I need an end-pin jack for my Koaloha

My 1/4 in jack fell apart while trying to take it out. It has a 2.5mm receiving jack inside because the pickup is not hard wired. I keep coming up with jacks that have to be soldered. I purchased the uke last summer in Hawaii. The seller is trying to get a replacement jack but I thought I would try on my own, too. Anyone seen a plug like this?

I've purchased from this eBay seller many times. No connection, just a satisfied customer. This appears to be the same but it wouldn't hurt to email the seller first to verify.
