A few months back, I ordered this ukulele from Noah-Ukuleles. https://www.noahukuleles.com/product/noah-monkeypod-series/
It arrived quickly and I didn't have to pay much transport fees.
It's basically the same uke as the mahogany soprano, only it's made from a different wood. So, if technical details are of interest for you, you may read the review written by Barry Maz of the mahogany soprano.

I have never played a Noah mahogany soprano, so I can't tell you how they differ soundwise, I only know that I really like my Noah monkeypod soprano. I predominantly use it for classical picking and once in a while for some strumming, and for my personal taste, it holds its own compared to more expensive ukuleles.
Here are some examples:

I think you've mainly proved that it's the playing, not the ukulele that counts. You could probably make a Waterman sound--decent.

That's a beautiful little uke.

I enjoyed your playing;)
I'll have to research their ukes, never heard of them.

Thanks Ziret, thanks Toby Dog.
I'm thinking of getting a Noah mahogany soprano, I kind of like the geared tuners.

Today I remenbered, that when I recorded the comparison with the Ohana SK-38, I intentionally played the Ohana a little more sul tasto, resulting in a fuller sound.
So today, when I wanted to make a first recording of my newest piece, I decided to use these two instruments, the Noah and the Ohana, and pick in the same places.
The Ohana still sounds a little fuller and softer, whereas the Noah sounds brighter. Just a matter of taste. But from a point of view of playability, the Noah is the winner. The Ohana has kind of a high nut, there was no setup done.
But both ukuleles are good all solid wood instruments at a nice price!
