Hello, just joined the forum. I've been a musician for 20 plus years, (mostly played native American flute and Irish whistle), but I got into stringed instruments a couple years ago. After fumbling around on a guitar, I tried the mandolin, and landed on the ukulele. I use a few different tunings (mandolin influenced), as well as the traditional uke tuning. I have done a little work restoring on a vintage uke, and enjoy the challenge of that as well.

My current collection:
Caramel Tenor CT100
Caramel Tenor CT400
Kingston Baritone
Pono Tenot MT

Welcome to Ukulele Underground, Flutedude!
I grew up in Ballwin, but live in Tennessee now. Dad is still in Ballwin.

Welcome aboard. :)

I used to play recorders, but have now got a fife, (orchestral) flute, & a piccolo to get to grips with once I find my embouchure, the uke got me back to learning music after retiring, it's a great little instrument.

(Presently, I'm spending more time with my harmonicas, but every now & again I pop up on the Seasons Threads, just to keep my hand in.)
