I retired in 2004. That didn't work, so I started working again in 2006. Now, I just retired on January 7, 2018.... And started my new job on January 8, 2018 - the first M-F job I've had since 1979. With Sick Leave, built in time off, and no nights or weekends.
I get to go to the Uke Groups again, make it to family gatherings, actually spend time with my wife and friends, and don't get up at 3 am.
It really is like Retirement for me!
So naturally, I got another ukulele to celebrate, but recent elbow surgery, and upcoming rotator cuff surgery have curtailed that somewhat...
But I'm using the ukulele as part of my Physical Therapy!
