Song Help Request ID this song from HMS demo

Im trying to figure out which song is being played by Corey in the description for this Uke.
I just purchased this Kala spruce/maple concert. It’s my first Uke, and I’m coming from almost 20 years on Bass guitar, and a few years on acoustic guitar. I know I’ve heard this song, just can’t ID it, but sounds like a fun one to learn when I receive the Uke!

Wow that does sound like it.

I’ve never heard this song though. When he plays it on the Ukulele i guess it just reminds me of something else that I can’t my finger on.
