I really love your work and am thinking of trying something like this myself.
Previously I have just used the hollowing out a solid block of wood and my own invention band sawn bowl uke techniques https://www.instructables.com/id/Band-Sawn-Bowl-Ukulele/
How do you form your staves?
What kind of mold do you use (if any).
