love em both Stan, but poached so the white is just firm and the yolk runs out everywhere...

eggs benedict or devilled eggs (hard boiled, 1/2ed, yoke removed, made up into a curried egg mixture with mayo, parsley, curry powder & sit the mixture back in the solid albumen)? ...do you do that in America?

It definetely is eggs benedict with holandaise sauce and Canadian bacon..mm mmm...

And yes we make um the same way stuffed eggs with the hint of curry powder..gotta be freshly made for me but!!

Eggs Sardou(spinach, artichoke bottom and a poached egg with Holandaise or eggs Benedict????
