Hello UUers!
I have decided to sell my vintage 'Ceniza by T&K' tenor ukulele. It was handmade in the Waianae Mountains of Oahu by Tomas and Katherine Ceniza (I don't know if Ceniza ukuleles are being made anymore after the passing of Katherine). It is made of solid koa, including the front, back, sides, neck, fretboard and bridge and has a beautiful clear sound. It is in excellent condition, with no cracks or repairs. There is some very light natural crazing in the laquer finish and a few light strum marks. Ceniza ukuleles seem to be hard to come by. Most of the ones I've seen on the Internet are in Japan (where, I suspect, they are prized for their traditional Hawaiian sound and outstanding craftsmanship). Comes with a nice hardshell case.
$550.00 + shipping.
I'll try to get a video of it up on Youtube soon.
Send me a PM if interested.
