Song Help Request You and Your Heart???-Jack Johnson

Been trying to find out a way to play this song for ages!! I've got the intro more or less down but just stuck on the strumming patterns for the whole thing and chorus...it seems easy to catch but the ones I try never keep up with it!!

Mostly just chords and strumming pattern and any other ideas that'd help sure!! Any Ideas?

first is a link to chords, second is a tutorial with a strum pattern but i don't like it that much. heres how i play the intro but there is definitely some room for improvement:
