Default Ho'onua - On and On

Just wondering if i could get some help with the chords. i tried transposing the orginal bishop version into the key of G, but it still didn't sound correct.

    Here's the song link:

    http://www.imeem.com/people/4xnzSj/m...nua_on_and_on/

i know the first two chords are G and C.
i suck at figuring out the rest. there's probably an Am and D thrown in there.

lyrics and chords for the bishop version are here:

Don't say goodbye, 'cause I'm moving on and on
And for you pretty lady, I thought I'd write this song
The clock keeps ticking, my heart keeps on wishing
That I'll hold you in my arms, so please keep on skipping
In my direction as I start to flow
Thinking about the good times that you and I can know
Will you hold me tight inside and please don't let me go
'Cause Big C won't let me let your lover go

I got the sun on my shoulders and my toes in the sand
My woman left me for another man
But I don't worry, I just dream and stay tanned
Toss up my heart and see where it lands

    CHORUS

    On and on(x2)

Wo yo yo, wo yo-o-yo yo yo(x4)
