This site has a bunch of movie quotes in downloadable formats such as MP3 and MP4. You can even use them as ringtones (with some phones). They have some cartoons too. The site hasn't been updated since 2008, but there's a lot of info there and it's easy to navigate and pretty quick.

These kind of sound bites are also good to use in PC Computer sounds instead of the ones Microsoft supplies. When my computer boots up, instead of the Windows login music I have Futurama "Welcome to the WORLD OF THE FUTURE!", and when I shut down, I have Mystery Science Theater 3000 "Push the button, Frank." Other sounds have been replaced with Wallace & Gromit and Looney Tunes.
