not gonna make this a super long review, but hope this short review will give you an idea of what it sounds like. :3

Solid Cedar Top
Willow back/sides
Gloss Finish
19 frets
Closed Gear Tuners

This ukulele is what many have said about their cedar tops: Loud and Resonant, and theres no doubt about that. I like fingerpicking on this since the notes just ring out for a while and sounds so nice.

I didn't really like the aquilas it came with, sounded kinda like GHS strings on a budget uke but louder. I tried Ko'olau Golds and they seemed nice, it sounded little less brighter than the aquilas, but the sound kind of strayed away from a ukulele sound that i was imagining. Then I tried Worth Browns, giving it a more mellow sound, which is what I really like.

Congrats, it must be a lovely uke. Do you have any pics?

How do the willow back and sides matched with the cedar compare to, say rosewood?

Congrats! I've been lusting after the concert version of that uke in the guitar shop up the street for months.
