Does anyone have a "Drover Coat"? Mine is from the Outback Trading Company, made in Australia, as any genuine Drover should be.

The Drover is worn by Jackaroos to withstand the cold and bitter rains that sweep the Outback and New Zealand. Nothing beats a Drover against rain and snow. They last for years and they look cool, too.

Here is mine...

I would dig it in burgundy ... red drover, red drover, we dare ...

That coat is modestly prices, too.

My father's mother was born and raised in Sweden. Yep, they sure do know a thing or two about snow. :)

The Swiss know something about snow as well. Me, I grew up on the East coast and headed to the Midwest in 1968 and I've had my share of snow-filled winters, but nothing like Sweden.

That coat is awesome! I'd certainly wear it if I had one. I do prefer overcoats myself (as opposed to waist length coats which everyone else wears). I wear my London Fog or my black Pennys wool coat. Everyone calls me "Dick Tracy".
