I just got a nifty iPad mount that clamps to either a table edge or music/mike stand and wanted to pass it along:

It was made for aviation but the yoke clamp base will accommodate rails in diameter from 0.625" to 1.25". RAM claims it works for iPad and iPad2. I have the iPad, there are little rubber bumpers you can put on to accommodate the thinner iPad2.
