Hey everyone. I'm in the middle of learning "Blue Roses Falling" by Jake, but I'm having a bit of trouble with the strumming pattern at the end. You can get a good look at it at 3:20 in the following video:

It looks like he's just using his thumb and index finger. Any clue what sort of strum he's using at 3:26-3:27?

Thanks for the help!

Jake. Your strums are too innovative xD

Anyways, here how I play it.

The chords are 0770, 0670, 0470, and 0370. The way he gets that "B, A, B, A, B" sound is that he uses his pinky finger to mute the A string, letting that B on the 2nd string ring out. The basic pattern for each chord is dututudututudutu. Each letter is a sixteenth note. For the T's, just pick the g string. Jake does the strumming motion because it feels more "natural" to play the g like that. As for when to mute the A string with your pinky, I think that would be easy for you, since all the transitions will fall naturally with the sixteenth note strumming. Good luck, and happy playing! :D
