Actually, the foam was from the quick chug. The video was actually 4:30 long with blow techniques, washboard scraping on the coozie and other stuff but I thought it was too long. If this version is popular enough I may post the full version. This is how I toughen up my fingers for those 2 hour sets. Thanks for watching!
