Basically I am thinking of getting a new uke for my Christmas or Birthday. I have 3 ukes (2 soprano's and one banjo uke) and want a new type. I have looked into the different uke sizes and a Tenor or Baritone looks to be quite nice. However I do have my limits, can I get a good electric uke under £100? I was looking at Lanikai and Brunswick which look nice.

Whatever you choose, at that price point consider this - electrics fitted come at the expense of something else in price. In other words if you see a £100 acoustic uke and a £100 uke with a pickup then the base ukulele of the latter will likely be cheaper than the first uke. When going for a pickup uke, you need to go up in price not try to price match non pickup ukes.

I like tenor ukes and Lanikai are reasonable enough. Also check Kala and Ohana

Count me in on the Eleuke bandwagon.
