If you don't know the sideways 8 brand - if this is the uke that was just at the
uke fest it's a very nice instrument. I brought home a monkeypod Baritone and
it's wonderful. Also the camphor wood has a very nice scent to it.

Yes, We were at the Uke fest last weekend, and these are a couple of the ukes I had with me. Im Glad you are enjoying the Baritone! Thanks for the kind words.
I call my monkeypod baritone the funky monkey - just got it back from my local
shop where i had the action lowered a bit more and it's Sweeeeet. It's my go to
uke for folk music. Will be doing a video soon on it's virtues.
Congratulations on funky monkey. I think that the Sideways 8 ukes were beautifully made and sounded great. I knew you would like that baritone. Enjoyed meeting you at TBUG.
Was great seeing you there. Am just working on a new song and will
be putting it up with all it's warts as soon as it's uploaded. Made a few
mistakes while playing but am pretty happy with how it's coming along.
Maybe the new sideways 8 will inspire some more folk type things.

$825 for the electric/amp combo.
Here are a few more pics of the Camphor.
The Pic of the body without the neck is the only one I have been able to get that shows the rays and figure of the camphor.
