I'm interested in a kala golden acacia concert KA-GAC. I haven't been able to find one at a shop to try out, and can't find a single review on the internet anywhere. I'm also considering an Ohana ck 50 wg, which is in a similar price bracket. If anybody has played both, your comparison would be valued and appreciated.

I can't make the comparison as I do not have the other uke.
Actually, I may not have the uke you're interesed in.
I have the 'thinline' GA Kala Concert that I use acoustically for 'performances'.
I used it yesterday while moderating our SUPA monthly song circle.
I've enjoyed playing it - I just got it a few weeks back. And while it's not as
compact and portable as the Soprano Travel Uke, it's very comfortable to hold
and play... for me.
It also has a beautiful grain and color. Mine has a blonde 'streak' from top to
bottom of body in front. Makes mine kind of unique... just like everybody's uke
