Kamaka soprano on e bay(GB)

There,s a Kamaka soprano in mint condition for a buy it now price of £495 or make an offer.Could members tell me if this is a gift of a price or otherwise.To buy a new one from the USA it would cost about£700.
I,ve not played a Kamaka but i know they have an excellent reputation.Any things i should ask the seller ie action and set up ?
