Song Help Request Looking for " September song "

I have recently started playing and singing a little publicly and have been flattered with the response. A friend who was recently widowed asked me to learn September Song for her.

Does anyone know of a good arrangement I could work on ?

I checked out the Real book, I found a link that is also suggesting an iGigbook app. Is that the one you are referring to ? If so the method of writing the jazz progression chords in isn't one that means much to me. I guess I've got some learning to do.
