This tune was composed by Jay Ungar in 1982 and featured in the Ken Burns documentary about the Civil War. The pictures are of the Catskills.
Ukulele and guitar.

Beautiful. Love this haunting melody and you played it well. Used to play it on mandolin.

I feel like this might have come out better on a tenor...sound-wise. Also, those frets get pretty close together on the upper register with a concert.
