Unknown U-Bass. Any hint?

Yesterday I shot an U-Bass from eBay. It's a solidbody with magnetic PickUp. The Seller said that he don't know the manufacter. It's not really important to me, but... I want to kow it!

There is a Logo on the Headstock which looks to me like a Crab with raised shears. Does anyone has an Idea about that?

Appears to be a Palm Guitar - $1700 They make 6 and 12 strings too.
