Lero vintage ukulele?

Hey there,

There is a posting for a lero ukulele in my local adds. Anyone ever hear of these? they look very harmony ish or seem to be ur 50s department store buy but I dont mind that.

Anyone own one hear of one etc?

Yeah i did a google and that was the only result. The one I'm looking at is cheaper so it seems like not a bad deal, worse that happens is I dont like it

Many Japanese ukes of that era were decent player's ukes.

I am guessing it would be made from the lero guitar company (hence where you get the idea of made in japan). Ill look further into their history

Hi! This reply is a bit late but I just bought a Lero soprano in Niagara Falls area! I had to tighten the tuners and jury rig a new saddle and put on a set of strings but I think its gonna be a great sounding little ukulele for 15 bucks! I can't seem to find much info other than the guitar sites for Liro! Did you end up buying the one you were looking at?

No, funny how two came up in south west ontario though.

Maybe the same one...

Best of luck with it for 15 I would have bought it
