Today was the Christmas Party for my class. The kids had fun, but it was just one of those days where nothing went as planned. That's not unusual when working with children. I can usually just shake it off the stress and keep going, but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed today. We are 6 days from Christmas and I have barely started my shopping. I'm normally done by now. I am also working everyday until Christmas, so my motivation is lacking.

I colour my hair. It isn't even close to $200. And a $200 haircut? Somebody is laughing all the way to the bank.

That is so weird to see. I remember having dinner at a restaurant in Rochester while I had the cast on. Said restaurant is across the street from one of the Mayo Clinic buildings. People probably wondered what was wrong with me. That's what Paul and I do when we go there. Why else would people be there.
