Dreadnaught soprano

I've seen the Ditson Martins, what other vintage soprano ukes were dread size? My Kamaka looks bigger than Martin size, would that be considered dreadnaught?

I don't know the answer but it certainly has relevance to a thread that I've got going at the moment. Those larger bodied Ukes were much more popular that the standard ones. It's not just size, it's also shape. A Dreadnaught has a wider waist. [In guitars, many (not all) dreadnaughts also have square shoulders.]

So, no, your Kamaka would not be considered a Dreadnaught as it has a typical figure-8 body line.
