In between songs, rush the stage, jump up there and ask him to sign it

Jake will meet people in the lobby after the show. He will stay until everybody who wants to have a word, shake his hand, get and autograph, or have him play and/sign their ukulele has had their chance. He's a wonderful, humble, gracious man. Our uke group did a jam in the lobby before the show. He was even cool with that.

When I went to his concert 2 years ago... there was a meet and greet after the show and you get to take pictures with him and he signs whatever you put in front of him... I'm not sure if this is still the case nowadays since I didn't get a chance to go to any of his concerts recently. It doesn't hurt to ask.

My experience was last November in Kansas City.

I saw him...let's see...in July! Weird, too because he always seems to come here when it is cold. Anyway....yes, he still meets everyone after the show. Hopefully you are at a small venue so that the lines are horribly long. But even if they are, he stays to see every single person. He's awesome that way. Really....you won't meet a nicer person.

Make sure to post photos when you meet him! We went last winter and they had a VIP portion before the show.

Man ... this is so exciting ... I am seeing him in March 2015 ... gonna buy a ukulele just for him to sign! He is the reason I started this passion ...

Since it IS Thursday, might as well since he is also the reason I started with the uke (this was April 2012)...
