Redwood top thickness

I build guitars and fiddles and have started a concert uke for my granddaughter. It will have cherry back, sides and neck with a redwood top. I am ready to take the redwood top down to final thickness and would like some advice on the recommended thickness range for a redwood top on a concert size uke. Thanx, Pals, Vic.

The stiffness of Redwood is all over the map. More than just about any other species, target thickness should depend on the specific piece of wood.
