Hi guys! Im planning to buy my first Uke and I just want to ask which is better. The KALA KA CEM is a bit more expensive than the Cordoba UP100. The Cordoba UP100 comes with a digital tuner, pick and bag. Which Uke would be best for a beginner like me? :) Thanks And Im planning to buy the Concert size :)

I like concert size ukes also. It's a "crap shoot" with ukes under $100. Some love'em, some don't. Here are some comparisons. I'm not sure you can go wrong with either. The Kala is light, and is prettier. It sounds very good for it's price. The Cordoba has a satin finished mahogany that can be polished up a bit if you like. Neither one of them has a bone nut and/or saddle, which may or may not be noticed for this quality uke.

I prefer this one, but the Cordoba cases are quite decent, and tuners can cost from $6 to $10 and up.
