I've been having issues for ages and now today for the first time all I get from any video on the net is audio with a green screen. I've tried what the net suggested and that option is not available. What can I do?
I wish I knew what the heck to do about video playback issues!

PC, Mac, tablet, OS/version, browser/version, etc.

Yes it would be good to have more details on your setup. YouTube runs of Flash. If your Flash plugin isn't up to date then it won't run. Mind you, you usually get nothing at all in such circumstances.

Sorry, I've been very busy! My 11 year old got it working, what a sad affair that is J: I have a dell pc with the newest version of windows. Everything is updated properly for my hubby knows mostly what to do. Perhaps it's just the internet. Most vids just play a little and then freeze ):
I think it's a bad videocard. Did it come installed with one or did you buy it after?
