I'm learning a song, By the Light of the Silvery Eclipse - This morning at moon-set.
Its 5.22AM in PA. My Granmas Rocking chair is on the porch and the eclipse is starting. It should be visible at moon-set across the USA.

I'm Planning to start learning two new tunes this morning, sitting in Great Granma's rocking chair by the light of the silvery moon-not.

The two songs will be:
By the Light of the Silvery Moon
and
Red Rocking Chair. (Granma's rocker is really brown but so what).

Appears to work in the key of C with occasional Gdim thrown in in lieu of G7.
Start C Dm...

Well the eclipse is almost over. Beautiful Red moon with a paling blue sky after first light. Worked my way about 3/4 of the way through Shine on Harvest Moon. My wife joined me about 1/4 of the way through the eclipse. She thinks I'm a Lunatic.

Changed my mind about the second tune though. All I have to do now is spin the chair around and play Here comes the Sun.

Have a nice day.
