Does anyone here own a Lulu ukulele? They got a really nice write-up in the last issue of Ukulele Magazine, but I've never seen/heard one.

Take this with a grain of salt. I'm not sure at all about what I'm about to say. Nonetheless, you did ask for "anything", so here goes.
It seems to me that I heard these folks were importers, and that their quality was pretty good. What really caught my attention, however, was that they were considering bringing their production back to the states.
I've heard that on a couple of occasions lately, so I hope I'm not confusing them with someone else. My impression (if all this is correct), is that they were serious about producing quality instruments. How well they succeed is something I can't vouch for.
Hopefully someone will chime in with something a little more definitive.
