Had this U-Bass for awhile, but never play it. Still has the original strings on it and sounds great. I just prefer my upright, which has a similar sound.
Early Kala U-Bass (fretless) in solid mahogany. Not one of the newer rumblers with the onboard EQ. Plugged in, it can sound either like a double bass or a standard fretless electric bass, depending on how you amplify it. The mahogany has a super-pretty grain and the fit/finish on the instrument is extremely solid.
Comes with a great Kala "Uke Crazy" case and Levy's strap.
