So after lots of hmming and hawing and turning down 4 others I finally found the perfect T1K. so happy sounds fantastic and looks great esp the back.

congratulations! I bet it sounds great....the only time I ever noodled around on one at a music store, I damn near bought it....but I woulda had to charge it, and that's not my way....

That is the nicest looking Martin T1K I have seen. Congratulations if it sounds half as nice a it looks, and I'm sure it does, it is definitely a keeper

Thanks for all the well wishes :) I feel like this one is a keeper. The smell I feel as though I am going to get high off the smell its so nice.

Beautiful Kwal and a big congrats.

I don't have much experience with ukuleles/brand but lately I have been doing some serious search/research on some of the low budget highends and the bigger highends.

I think the T1K is pretty much what I would purchase if I only have a small budget. I think it's great for the buck. I'm surprise at so much mixed reaction/feelings towards this ukulele.

Anyway, enjoy your new baby.

I've been enjoying my T1K for a year and a half. I love it's sound and playability. A keeper for sure.
