you are showing 2 different tuners in the first pic. one has the tapered end and the other looks to be the flat one with the fiber washers. from the 2nd pic, looks like you need the tapered one.

I checked my stash and no matches. However I have a set of Schaller friction tuners. The ones with a thumbscrew and spring loaded barrel also made by AXL. $35 shipped.
Looking at the pictures I believe that the back one is correct. The tapered end goes in the hole to center the post.
