Based on the Fluke uke, Brad Donaldson's "Youthalele" and Pete Howlets Marmite Uke, The fantail is a NZ bird with exactly that, a Fan tail.
Built in NZ and locally grown exotic timbers.
Back and front are bookmatched Tasmanian Blackwood, sides and neck are NZ Rimu, fretboard, bridge and heel cap are Rosewood. Headstock is Banksia.
Concert Scale.

WOW that is something I would LOVE to have, looking for sound sample


Sorry for the late reply. I have been flat out like a lizard drinking, with banjo uke orders. Will do a sound sample tomorrow.
