This ukulele was actually made by D'Angelico in 1932. The uke in Phil's YouTube link is made by a company in Japan that licensed the D'Angelico name.

The Japanese ukes are kind of cool, but they only make a soprano size.

I could be wrong, Phil. I checked them out online months ago, and I believe the scale length is around 13".
