I've been trolling the archives today and came across the exact same question that I recently posted. An old saw: Thicknessing Tops.

I would like to thank the forum for not biting my head off with replies such as: "Old topic, Boring!!!" or "Search the archives dummy" or ... worse.

You see, all the old problems are new problems to newbies and you all were very patient with me. Thanks.

Wow. Serious information overlaod... The search engine inside Ukulele Underground works pretty good too. You know, I've been doing forums from almost the beginning 20 years ago and the amount of information out there now is astounding. The answers are a lot better too. It used to be pretty bad. A lot of bad advice. Not so much anymore.
