If you revers 2 of the pins on Mr. Timbucks tool it makes a jim dandy device for finding the center of a tapered barrel. (no pun intended)

Hey Beau, are you laughing because Timbuck's tool gets longer when you pull on it? Cause I wouldn't mind an easy way to find my center line. Easier than measuring and saying, ok, it's 2 and 3/32. Half of that is, um, wait, wut.
cutting a barrel channel for tapered barrels is one of horrible tortures known to man. Even worse for a swamped one. A man needs all the help he can get.
