Of course, the problem with UAS is that you can never have just one ... and that baritone looked so lonely ... and the nice man in the shop was prepared to trade in my previous baritone
For the technically inquisitive, they're Chinese-made Brunswick brand instruments, distributed by Barnes and Mullins in the UK. Both instruments came with a set of re-entrant Aquila Nylguts, but I've replaced the strings on the baritone with the set I had on my original instrument, two black GHS trebles and a couple of appropriate-gauge wound guitar strings to give me a set that'll tune GDAE (an octave down from a mandolin)
I do like pale-wood instruments
