As for me I don't plan on losing weight or going to a gym none of that boring stuff what I plan to do is play my uke till my finger falls off! Well I hope my finger doesn't fall off. I hope you all have a great year!

Happy New Year all. My New Years resolution is not to make any resolutions. I'm just going to continue what I've been doing; play ukulele, play bass, watch what I'm eating (lost 8 pounds so far) and have a good time.

I've found that playing ukulele can help with weight loss. Each time over the festive period I've felt like eating somethg I don't need I've picked up my uke instead. I've improved quite a bit over the last couple of weeks!
