Song Help Request Swamp Soiree Music

We are going to be the "mood" music at the "Swamp Dinner and Soiree" at an evening dinner at Cypress Gardens in Chas SC. We volunteer there. They will be serving shrimp, Gumbo, Etoufee, frog legs, etc. After dinner they will be giving Bateau rides (Flat bottom boats like a Pirot) through the swamp by moonlight.

Well, they like the blues and stuff we play on uke, Jambalaya and other old Hank W. stuff.

Any suggestions on other Swamp style music we could play? There are two of us. We play soprano, concert, baritone, guitar, and harmonica.
