Hey all!

Was wondering if anyone would reccommend some good Hawaiian music to listen to and/or download. Besidge Jake, who scares me. Just some good traditional songs that I could add to the list of songs I'll do.

For those that play out - how many tunes do you have in your stable? I'm working on building a couple of sets and need to start somewhere.

Any and all help is much appreciated.

Thanks guys! Will be checking out all leads for sure!!! Appreciates it!

I don't do any Hawaiian material, but I do gig. I have about three hours of material memorized and I can do a bunch more if I read from song books. You'll need at least two 45-minute sets for most gigs (though it could be more or less depending on the gig). A 45-minute set could be 15-20 songs depending on how long the songs are, lead breaks, and other such things.
