My latest uke - Pineapple mezzo soprano 363 mm scale

Hi.
See here my latest uke.
A pineapple mezzo soprano, 363 mm scale, 13th fret joining neck.
Flamed mapple top, mahogany back & sides, bookmatched.
Cedar neck with carbon tube stringer.
Rosewood fingerboard, ebony nut and saddle.
Rosewood bridge, "crossing strings" type.
French finish, with Danish Oil Liberon, 14 steps.

Very nice work. It reminds me for some reason of a Japanese instrument. Not sure why... Below a wild Japanese 4 string called a Biwa. Now that is one wild uke...

Being a fan of pineapple ukes, I'm naturally attracted to them, but let me tell you that your example is absolutely beautiful in it's simplicity and craftsmanship! I love the lines of the head stock, the end of the finger board and the elegant bridge. I dream about creating instruments like that.
