It's my arrangement since I can't do most of Jake's stretches. You pretty much substitute the 3rd string note with the 4th string equivalent.
I ended up using a pair of Lewitt LCT 140 running through a Zoom H4N. I had to use the Zoom since the mics need phantom power. The big mistake I made was that the gain never reaching 50% and averaging closer to 35%-40%, so you hear the humming of the electronics of the Zoom H4N when turned really loud. I turned the attenuator for the mics on while having the mics too far back.
