Hey, so I need to sell my nicest ukulele to make ends meet (and because I really want an 8-string ukulele, even if I get one that's technically a downgrade in terms of quality, I think it'll be worth it for me because 8-strings are my favorite). It's a bummer because it was a gift and because I know that I'll probably never afford a uke this nice ever again.
I've got a Marcy Marxer signature ukulele for sale - here's some technical info I pulled from off the internet:
"STUNNING ALL SOLID ACACIA AND SPRUCE CUTAWAY TENOR WITH PICKUP AND EQ - Rosewood binding with herringbone purfling, mahogany neck with slotted headstock, rosewood fingerboard with snowflake position markers and side dots. Multi-layered Acacia headstock cap with carved Kala logo. Back is arched slightly. Ebony nut and saddle, Grover Vintage chrome tuners, Kala EQ with built in tuner. Aquila Nylgut strings."
This model no longer is made (99% sure, anyway), and it retailed at $600 when it did. I'm asking for $300 OBO!
It also has a locking hardcase that I'm also willing to sell - one of the tweed hardcases they sell on the Kala website that retails for $94 new. Some of the stitching is frayed a tiny bit on the case but is otherwise in great condition. (http://kala-gear.hostedbyamazon.com/dp/B007KONRJK) Throw in an extra 40 bucks and it's yours?
